| The automotive industry of China has experienced remarkable success,due to the swift growth of the nation’s economy and society,as well as the perpetual enhancement of the total income and consumption of people’s daily lives.The continuous growth of vehicle production and ownership has brought great potential for the prosperity of the vehicle parts and accessories market.In recent years,due to the promotion of China’s new four modernizations vehicle development policy,new energy vehicles have flourished,and the penetration rate of intelligent driving and intelligent internet connectivity has increased.The proportion of investment in new energy by China’s complete vehicle manufacturers has greatly increased,and the share of new energy vehicles has continuously increased.This has also created enormous opportunities for the development of China’s automotive parts enterprises,especially in the three areas of new energy,electrification,and intelligence.FSE Company is a well-known manufacturer of automotive electrical components in China.This article aims to deeply explore the current situation of FSE Company’s automotive electrical product R&D project management,and analyze it from both theoretical and practical aspects.Firstly,it introduces the project management theory of FSE Company,then discusses its current project management methods and processes.At long last,the main difficulties encountered in the fabrication of automotive electrical products,such as cost regulation,timetable control,and quality regulation,are discussed.After studying the development of FSE’s electrical products and project knowledge,the author found quality management gaps in the development process,unclear development progress,and difficulties in cost estimation,and proposed a series of optimization solutions to solve these difficulties.The research results of this article can also provide reference for our company’s domestic automotive electrical product development project management. |
