Research On The Development Strategies Of Shandong Vegetable Industr

During the 14 th five-year plan period,efforts should be made to optimize regional layout and planting structure,promote good varieties of vegetables,promote standardized production,and improve quality,safety and economic benefits,so that by 2025,The national vegetable planting area has stabilized at more than 20 million hectares,with an output of more than 700 million tons.Since the 1990 s,the vegetable planting area and output of Shandong Province are in the forefront of the country.By 2020,the vegetable planting area of Shandong Province reached1.49 million hectares,with a total output of 84,347,100 tons and an output value of 179.63 billion yuan,which is the best province of vegetable industry development in our country,also is our country vegetable industry development typical representative.This article is supported by agricultural industrialization theory,location advantage theory,comparative advantage theory,and sustainable development theory.It analyzes the foundation and development status of the vegetable industry in Shandong Province,compares data changes,obtains the evolution characteristics of vegetable regional layout,and establishes a regional comparative advantage evaluation index system for vegetable production in Shandong Province.It also analyzes the scale advantage index between vegetable industries in Shandong Province The efficiency advantage index and comprehensive advantage index were calculated to analyze the comparative advantages of the vegetable industry in various regions of the province.Furthermore,the development situation of typical areas in Shandong Province,such as Weifang City,Liaocheng City,and Heze City,was analyzed.Using the SWOT analysis method,a deep level analysis was conducted on the development status of Shandong’s vegetable industry from four aspects: advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats.Based on this,a strategic matrix was established to indicate the direction for formulating response strategies.Through SWOT analysis and combined with the development experience of other regions in China,the following countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to promote the development of Shandong’s vegetable industry: optimizing the layout and structure of large-scale vegetables;Vigorously promote the construction of vegetable brands;Improve the development of the vegetable industry chain;Promote the risk prevention service system;Promoting vegetable industrialization through technological innovation;Develop strong supportive policies;Establish a vegetable quality and safety supervision system.The above research can promote the sustainable development of Shandong’s vegetable industry and also provide reference for the development of the national agricultural industry.
