Research On The Development Of Logistics Industry In JiLin Province Under The Policy System Of Logistics Industry

As a significant component of the modern circulation system,the logistics industry carries a big weight in the process of unblocking the domestic and international double circulation.China is facing a stage of high-quality development in which the economy is transforming from extensive development to intensive development,boosting and supporting the logistics industry to achieve high-quality development is also a significant component of the development of Chinese economy and society.In recent years,Jilin Province has attached great importance to the development of the logistics industry in Jilin Province,actively complied with the call of the state,integrated into the international and domestic logistics circulation,unblocked the "Silk Road Jilin" logistics channel,unblocked the "North Grain to the South" grain logistics artery,made efforts to build a modern logistics system in Jilin Province,and built a "four in one" logistics system of sea,land and air rail,to escort the economic development of Jilin Province.This research starts with the concept of logistics industry and logistics policy,makes full use of the public management theory and the theoretical knowledge of government functions,sorts out the current situation of logistics industry development under the logistics industry policy system in Jilin Province since the 19 th national congress,summarizes the problems existing in the development of logistics industry in Jilin Province,and analyzes the contributing factors in the development of logistics industry in Jilin Province from three aspects of government functions.Through summarizing the status quo,introducing problems and analyzing the causes,this paper advances the countermeasures to improve and promote the development of Jilin Province’s logistics industry from three aspects: "supportive public policy","guiding public policy" and "regulatory public policy",in order to help promote the quality and efficiency of Jilin Province’s logistics industry and achieve transformation and development.
