Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Modern Agricultural Development In Dalia

In the context of high-quality economic development,modern agriculture,as an important mode of agricultural economic development,has positive significance for promoting the development of market economy.As early as 2011,the Dalian Municipal Party Committee and Government issued the "Opinions on the Development of Urban Modern Agriculture" and the "Outline of Dalian Urban Modern Agriculture Development Plan".Therefore,under the promotion of policies,its comprehensive level of modern agricultural development ranks among the leading positions in the country.However,from a practical perspective,there are still shortcomings in the development of modern agriculture in Dalian,and these shortcomings have certain typicality and representativeness.Therefore,this study chooses modern agriculture in Dalian,Liaoning Province as the research object to analyze the current status of its modern agricultural development.This paper takes Dalian City as the research object,and studies the development status of modern agriculture in Dalian City based on literature research,induction and summary,field research,etc.: Firstly,the development of modern agriculture in Dalian City is analyzed.It is concluded that there are some problems in the development of modern agriculture in Dalian,such as the deep-rooted influence of smallholder concept,the overall ability of agricultural management subject to be improved,the lack of innovation in industrial management mode,the unsound structure of modern agriculture industry,the low investment in agricultural infrastructure construction,the insignificant driving effect of agricultural brand construction,the low popularization and innovation efficiency of agricultural science and technology,and the insufficient penetration rate of agricultural digital economy.Summarize the advanced experience at home and abroad,introduce the domestic agricultural development status of Chengdu in Sichuan province and Suzhou in Jiangsu province respectively,and summarize the experience of France,Germany and Japan,so as to provide experience reference for the development of modern agriculture in Dalian City.This paper puts forward some countermeasures for the development of modern agriculture in Dalian,and points out that the countermeasures mainly include setting up the concept of green modern agriculture production;Strengthen the education and training of farmers,improve the ability of agricultural management;Pay attention to the innovation and upgrading of management mode;Using characteristic agriculture to promote the optimization of industrial structure;Increase investment in agricultural infrastructure construction;Relying on characteristic agriculture to enhance the benefit of brand construction;Strengthen the independent popularization and application of agricultural science and technology;Improve the development level of digital agriculture.From a theoretical perspective,this article focuses on the research on the current development status of modern agriculture in Dalian,Liaoning Province,supplementing the shortcomings of theoretical research,and can improve existing theoretical research and promote theoretical development.From a practical perspective,targeted research on the current development status of modern agriculture in Dalian,Liaoning Province,and proposing problems and countermeasures for the development of modern agriculture in Dalian,Liaoning Province based on agricultural practice,is of great practical significance for improving the level of modern agriculture development in Dalian and achieving efficient development of modern agriculture.At the same time,this study can also provide reference and inspiration for the development of modern agricultural industries in other regions.
