| The party’s nineteen report clearly put forward:"implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization".We should adhere to the development concept of innovation,coordination,green,opening up and sharing,and constantly strengthen the policy of strengthening agriculture and benefiting the rich peasants on the basis of a thorough study of the new situation of the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in China.The Outline of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development puts forward that we must speed up the transformation of agricultural development mode and focus on building a modern agricultural industrial system,production system and management system.Shanxi Province,based on the provincial situation and focusing on the overall development of the future,puts forward a major strategy for the construction of Shanxi’s agricultural valley.Taigu County is the construction site of Shanxi Agricultural Valley.At the same time,Taigu County is also a national and provincial-level demonstration area of modern agricultural construction in Shanxi Province"Agriculture in Shanxi is not big but special." The development of modern characteristic agriculture is the basis of building Shanxi’s agricultural Valley and promoting the integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries.It must be placed in a prominent position,and "a solid foundation for high-rise".Choosing Taigu County as the research object of this paper,it is hoped that Taigu County can further develop the modern characteristic agriculture and take the lead in realizing the development of modern agriculture in the whole province.Taigu County has the foundation to realize agricultural modernization,but also has a good policy environment for the development of modern agriculture.Through on-the-spot investigation,relevant data and data were obtained to describe the agricultural foundation and development status of Taigu County qualitatively.By using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and variation coefficient method,5 first-class indexes and 15 second-class indexes were selected to establish a reasonable evaluation model to qualitatively analyze the development trend of modern agriculture in Taigu County,and to find the right orientation.The comprehensive evaluation scores of Taigu County from 2011 to 2015 were 0.03,0.34,0.61,0.77 and 0.93 respectively.It can be seen that the modern characteristic agriculture of Taigu county has developed rapidly in recent 5 years,and its comprehensive level has been continuously improved.The development of modern characteristic agriculture in Taigu County has already been in the "intersection period" between the basic realization stage and the complete realization stage,and it is also a "window period" to overcome difficulties and make great achievements.This paper analyzes the sub-item scores and influencing factors,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for development and promotion from the aspects of base,enterprise,science and technology,market,operation subject and integration.It is hoped that this study can promote the complete realization of modern agricultural development in Taigu County,lay a solid agricultural foundation for the construction of agricultural Valley and the integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Shanxi Province,and provide experience for the structural reform of agricultural supply side in Shanxi Province.The article is divided into six parts.The first chapter is introduction.The second chapter,concept definition and related theories.The third chapter,the agricultural foundation and development status of Taigu County,qualitative analysis of the basic conditions and macro-situation of agricultural development in Taigu County.The fourth chapter is the evaluation and analysis of the development of modern characteristic agriculture in Taigu county.Select indicators to establish an evaluation system,and quantitatively analyze the comprehensive development level of Taigu modern characteristic agriculture.The fifth chapter,Taigu County modern agriculture development promotion countermeasure.6 suggestions are put forward.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.Summarize the full text and look forward to the future. |
