| Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,rural industrial development has become an important way for farmers to get rid of poverty and become rich,broaden employment channels and alleviate the loss of rural labour.In this process,it is necessary to properly handle the interest relationship between rural interest subjects and improve the benefit sharing mechanism in order to effectively promote the sustainable development of rural industries.This thesis takes the interest-sharing mechanism of rural industrial revitalization in En Shi as the research object.Guided by the stakeholder theory,property rights theory and fairness and justice theory,it explores the role played by the interest-sharing mechanism among various interest subjects in rural industrial revitalization.By means of online telephone interviews,field research and questionnaire surveys,the logical relationship of the benefit sharing mechanism of rural industrial revitalization is clarified,and the problems that exist are pointed out in view of the current situation of constructing the benefit sharing mechanism of rural industrial revitalization in En Shi,such as the subjects’ participation is not active and there are few channels to express their interests;the distribution of benefits is not fair and the distribution mechanism is not clear;the compensation of benefits is not standardized and the compensation mechanism is not reasonable;the government supervision is not in place and the These are all important factors that restrict the revitalization of rural industries.Based on the survey of villages in En Shi,through the analysis of the interest expression mechanism,interest distribution mechanism,interest compensation mechanism and interest guarantee mechanism in the process of sorting out the interest sharing mechanism,the interest relationship between village collectives,enterprises,co-operatives and farmers is carefully rationalized,and countermeasures and suggestions for improving the interest sharing mechanism of rural industrial revitalization in En Shi are put forward in response to the existing problems: firstly,to establish an interest expression mechanism and improve the Secondly,to realize farmers’ active participation and strictly implement the benefit distribution mechanism;Thirdly,to coordinate the compensation methods of the main bodies and construct the benefit sharing compensation mechanism;Fourthly,to strengthen the legal binding effect and enhance the benefit sharing guarantee mechanism.It is expected that the above countermeasures and suggestions will provide reference for the construction of a perfect benefit sharing mechanism for rural industrial revitalization. |
