| With the global economic and technological development entering a new era characterized by high-tech development and intensive high-tech innovation,innovation has gradually become the main driving force to promote social and economic development.China is in a major transformation period from investment driven,scale expansion and export-oriented thinking to innovation driven,quality growth oriented and market-oriented system.It is necessary to fully implement industrial transformation and technological innovation,and promote the economy to embark on a more harmonious and sustainable development path through high-tech industries.High tech industry has the characteristics of intensive knowledge and technology,good comprehensive benefits and low environmental pollution.It plays an increasingly important role in China’s economic development and is one of the important forces leading the long-term development of the national economy.Therefore,taking the high-tech industry as the starting point,this paper discusses the collaborative development effect of innovation elements and its impact on the overall innovation performance of the industry.On the basis of reading and summarizing a large number of literature and theories,this paper selects the talent elements,innovative technology elements and innovative capital elements of high-tech industry,constructs a coupling model,measures the degree of synergy between elements,and analyzes the coordinated development of innovation elements of high-tech industry in China.Secondly,the efficiency improvement of high-tech industry is very important to optimize the national resource allocation,enhance the overall competitiveness of Chinese industry and enhance its position in the global industrial chain.Input-output indicators are selected to analyze the innovation performance.Finally,using the provincial and municipal data in recent years,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of the synergy of innovation elements of high-tech industry on innovation performance through the panel vector autoregressive model.The results show that the coordinated development of talent,technology and capital elements has a positive impact on the innovation performance of new technology industry.Finally,in order to improve the innovation performance of China’s high-tech industry Promote industrial innovation and development and put forward scientific and effective suggestions. |
