China’s agricultural insurance started relatively late,although through the support and security of national policies in recent years,has been relatively popular,but it is still in the initial stage.The stabilization of agricultural production,a cornerstone of the nation’s economic growth,is essential for a large agricultural nation.However,natural disasters are a frequent occurrence,making the insurance services offered by current insurers inadequate.The No.1 Document of the Central Committee in 2020 proposed that more attention should be paid to strengthening the weak links in rural areas,among which important arrangements were made for the development plan of agricultural insurance.Agricultural insurance has a more far-reaching impact on the realization of rural revitalization.At present,the majority of small and medium-sized property insurers in the insurance sector are mainly auto-insurance providers.The gradual unveiling of the effect on small and medium-sized property insurance companies is brought about by the implementation of a thorough overhaul of auto insurance.H Property Insurance Company,a small and medium-sized insurance firm,urgently requires a restructuring of its business structure.With H property Insurance Company as the research target,this paper studied the development status and business model of H company through a questionnaire survey,deeply analyzed the internal and external environment of H company,explored the development status and countermeasures of its agricultural insurance,and sought solutions for the company in the development status of auto insurance with low competitiveness,and found solutions to the problems and innovative development paths of the company.This paper employs the literature research,case analysis,and survey questionnaire techniques,utilizing the questionnaire model to evaluate the development predicament of H property insurance company and proffer development concepts.This paper delves into the development of H company’s agricultural insurance,examining its status,market prospects,development opportunities,and competition.It then presents some thoughts on the development predicament of the insurance.According to the research,H property Insurance Company has strong innovation ability,strong awareness of risk control,relatively sound institutional network and certain advantages in agricultural insurance.However,due to its small size and weak brand influence,the basic management process still needs to be optimized and other problems still exist.Combined with the research and analysis,this paper believes that H Property Insurance Company needs to carry out some business transformation.Find a new way of agricultural insurance development in the process of business restructuring.It is our wish that this research will furnish a benchmark for H Company’s alteration of their agricultural insurance business operation plan,alter the idea of agricultural production,foster the beneficial growth of agricultural insurance,make farmers more tranquil when confronted with agricultural production risks,and guarantee that agricultural production can attain advantageous outcomes.At the same time,it will help the business institutions of the same trade learn from it,provide strong support for agricultural production,escort agricultural production,and contribute to the interests of farmers and promote the development of rural revitalization strategy. |
