PPP Project Correlation From The Perspective Of Risk Management And Control Problem Research

With the continuous improvement of our overall living standard,the public needs more and more municipal public infrastructure supporting,in order to meet the needs of urban infrastructure development,the traditional general contracting mode has gradually been unable to meet the needs of all kinds of urban supporting construction,the PPP mode has achieved rapid development under this background.Most urban construction has begun to use this mode for the construction of public infrastructure,but at the same time,there are a series of risks in the implementation process of the whole PPP project.PPP projects generally have the characteristics of large capital demand,long operation cycle and various types of risks involved,which requires good risk management in the whole cycle operation process of PPP projects.To ensure that the project achieves the desired results.In this paper,literature research method,case analysis method and expert questionnaire method are used to study the PPP project of Changzhi vocational Education Park and cultural venues as the case background.Based on the research of relevant scholars at home and abroad,risk identification at all stages of the whole life cycle of the project is carried out according to the operation status of the whole process of the project.Mainly from the three dimensions of operation control risk,cost overrun risk,income and financial risk status identification,and the importance of each dimension of risk analysis and evaluation,put forward optimization suggestions on PPP project risk management and control.In this paper,it is representative to carry out PPP project risk management research in the way of case demonstration.PPP projects of educational and cultural venues represented by vocational education parks,libraries and museums are to meet the needs of urban economic and social development and meet the needs of people’s education and cultural life.By studying the risk management in the implementation process of the project and putting forward solutions and reasonable suggestions for the related risks faced by the project,it can provide certain reference suggestions for the risk management practice of similar science,education and venue PPP projects in other cities.
