Research On Informationization Of Performance Process Mangement In Deqing Tax Bureau

Informatization of tax performance management meets the requirements of the times to serve the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Report to the 20 th CPC National Congress,the Communist Party of China,comprehensively reviewed and examined the achievements in the construction of a government ruled by law in the past,and regarded this task as the main project of governing the country in the future.Its core lies in the transformation and optimization of the government’s responsibilities and functional systems in a direction that is more future-oriented and more in line with the requirements of national rejuvenation.At the same time,it continues to emphasize the upgrading of the organizational structure and the revision of details,promote the pace of statutory development in all aspects,including institutions,authorities,responsibilities and other fields,and effectively enhance administrative efficiency.China has been exploring and practicing the tax information system for many years and achieved great results.As the only Tibet-related area in Yunnan,Diqing Prefecture is still in the initial stage of informatization research in ethnic minority areas.This paper attempts to analyze the current development status and existing problems of Diqing Prefecture’s tax department’s performance management informatization,and make in-depth analysis and thinking on how to further improve the performance management informatization level of tax departments in frontier ethnic minority areas in the digital age,so as to provide some reference for the improvement and promotion of performance management informatization of tax departments.By combining literature review,questionnaire survey and case analysis,this paper selects the tax bureau of Diqing Prefecture as the research object,and takes the tax cadres of Diqing Prefecture as the target group,and collects first-hand data for in-depth analysis to find out the existing problems and their causes,so as to make the research countermeasures have practical guiding significance and provide a basis for finding out the problems existing in the informatization of tax performance management in ethnic areas.There are two innovations in this paper: first,the innovative research perspective.Based on the development trend of the digital age,this paper analyzes the bottlenecks and difficulties to be broken through in the performance management informationization of the tax department in Diqing Prefecture,and further explores the development direction of the tax performance management informationization,so that the research content has practical and practical significance.Second,innovatively put forward the optimization scheme,and plan the optimization path of tax performance management informatization as a whole to meet the current practical needs of improving the efficiency of tax work in frontier ethnic areas.
