Study On Problems And Countermeasures In Informationization Of County Local Taxation Bureau

Taxation Management is an important administrative means for the national economy and people's livelihood,which is the key factor for the survival and development of the country.In the 21st century,with the development of science and technology,when all social information is transmitted through the Internet,the informatization of tax management becomes an inevitable trend,and how to make the information industry better serve the tax management is also an important research topic of current tax management.Due to the use of information technology in China for tax collection and administration service time is not long,and the developed countries there is a large gap,and county level land tax informatization construction is relatively weak,so how to better hair county level of the informatization construction in China is critical.This paper collates and summarizes the research from both domestic and overseas results of tax management.Through the third phase of the golden tax project was launched,L county before and after tax informationization present situation analysis,points out the main problems at the county level land tax department informationization in China focus on people with the collection and management system two aspects,the land tax departments at the county level in the old,exist in the process of tax informationization in tax cadres thinking ability of tax information system is not high,the lack of information talent is,lack of scientific deployment of information construction,information security problems such as hidden danger,through the analysis of causes of the problems and the foreign tax informatization construction experience for reference,put forward by raising the tax personnel informatization construction,strengthening the construction of county-level land tax information technology talents,strengthening the construction of information security system at the county level,to strengthen the construction of information sharing mechanism with the other departments the way development land tax departments at the county level in China tax informatization construction.
