| The outbreak of the COVID-19 has led to a slowdown in the national economic growth,even signs of recession,a sharp reduction in market demand,and a continuous decline in corporate profits.To promote the survival and development of enterprises,various internet companies must take a series of measures such as significant layoffs and cost control to ensure their survival in harsh environments.Enterprises should actively carry out management reform and strengthen talent management when facing unknown risks and challenges.Performance management of employees is an important way to strengthen the talent management of enterprises.Many enterprises have found in their business practices that effective performance management is the key to building their core competitiveness.Meanwhile,performance management plays a crucial role in the development of enterprises.Therefore,in the new context and environment,it is particularly important and urgent to further improve employee performance.Taking grassroots employees in the Information Technology Department of DBK Technology Internet Company as the research object,an interview survey and questionnaire survey were conducted to investigate the performance management issues of grassroots employees in the Information Technology Department of DBK Company.The reasons for the problems were analyzed,and it was found that the enterprise had long assessment cycles,unreasonable performance indicator design,inconsistent assessment content with work,and opaque management mechanisms in the performance planning process The issue of inconsistency between personal goals and departmental goals;There are problems in the performance supervision process of enterprises,such as not understanding performance indicators,not recognizing performance coaching,and lacking communication mechanisms;The performance evaluation of enterprises has the problem of overly subjective evaluation and insufficient differentiation of evaluation indicators;There are problems in the performance feedback of enterprises,such as a lack of appeal and feedback channels,a single application of assessment results,and a lack of emphasis on performance management.Based on the current situation of the Information Technology Department and the existing problems in performance management of the Information Technology Department,as well as the characteristics of the enterprise,the performance management of grassroots employees in the Information Technology Department has been optimized and improved.Improving performance management can leverage a company’s competitive advantage in human resources,enhance its competitiveness,enhance employee satisfaction,establish a comprehensive talent team,break through the shackles of enterprise development,build a concept of talent as the core competitiveness,and continuously surpass the company’s strategic goals.At the same time,the research results of the paper have a certain reference value for the performance management of other internet companies. |
