Advertising media industry has become a pillar industry of the revitalization of national industry, with the vigorous development of the industry, that makes the market competition is increasingly intense, particularly the talented person’s competition, the core competitiveness of enterprises has become an important bottleneck in the development of advertising media industry. Performance appraisal as an important part of the performance management, to enhance the cohesion of employees, establishing team cooperation consciousness, so as to stimulate the stronger work enthusiasm has very important significance. In order to change the performance appraisal status quo of BC advertising company, combining with the actual situation of the company, the design is expected to more suited to the characteristics of the BC advertising company enterprise performance evaluation system, which can fully arouse the enthusiasm of the employees’ work, and promote the sustainable development of the company.This paper takes the BC advertising company grass-roots staff performance appraisal problems as the research, on the basis of the related theory of performance appraisal, to BC advertising company grass-roots staff performance appraisal system to carry on the redesign.
