With the development and extensive use of network information technology,e-commerce with network technology as the carrier has been flourishing.The new mode of online commodity trading through e-commerce has broken through the time and space limitations of traditional commodity trading,greatly shortening the distance between people,cities and cities,as well as between counties and villages,and also opening up new channels for the sale of agricultural products.At present,e-commerce has become an important and indispensable way in the circulation of agricultural products.Especially during the epidemic prevention and control,e-commerce has played a great role in opening up a wide sales channel for special agricultural products,effectively protecting the people’s day masses often living needs through contactless commodity trading,actively promoting agricultural transformation and improving farmers’ income.Especially with the development of mobile network devices,mobile social e-commerce with its low threshold,easy to operate the characteristics of the gradual formation of small and micro enterprises and farmers to develop new trends in agricultural e-commerce,but also because of this has brought a series of industry chaos,so that the e-commerce industry is full of challenges.Many e-commerce enterprises simply copy the model of other peers,lacking innovation and breakthrough awareness,and eventually have closed down.Therefore,through the continuous optimization of agricultural products e-commerce business model to seek long-term development,has become a key step in the sustainable profitability and development of agricultural products e-commerce,agricultural products e-commerce business model research and optimization has also become a valuable research topic.XS is a start-up agricultural products e-commerce enterprise in Yuanjiang County,Yunnan Province,established in 2015,mainly selling Yuanjiang seasonal fruits,relying on good national policies,vigorously developing agricultural products e-commerce,relying on We Chat social software to adopt a social e-commerce model to sell local agricultural products,after 8 years of development,now has a certain scale of product agents in the We Chat social platform and a relatively stable After 8years of development,it now has a certain scale of product agents and relatively stable consumer groups on We Chat social platform,and will achieve an annual income of 5 million yuan online in 2022,becoming a leading enterprise in Yuanjiang’s e-commerce industry.It is a typical small agricultural products e-commerce enterprise developed by social e-commerce with the bonus period of micro-business development.Therefore,this paper takes XS company as an example to study how this kind of small county-level social e-commerce enterprise of agricultural products can achieve development through business model optimization.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the research background,significance,content,methodology and related literature review and related theories at home and abroad,which examines the concepts and theories related to the business model of agricultural products e-commerce from domestic and international research theories and studies.The second part is to use business canvas to analyze the business model of agricultural products e-commerce of XS company from three dimensions of resources,transaction and value,and through the way of founder interview and questionnaire survey,the analysis concludes that the current business model of agricultural products e-commerce of XS company has: insufficient core resources,lopsided important cooperation,imprecise customer segmentation,single channel access,poor communication channel and inappropriate product service problems.The third part is based on the optimization goal of forming unique resources,building a business model that meets the development needs,seeking development in a stable and orderly manner,and the optimization principles of insisting on quality control,fully satisfying consumers’ needs and making full use of existing resources,the optimization design plan of XS’s agricultural products e-commerce business model is built,specifically including strengthening brand promotion to build brand resources;introducing processing enterprises and deepening supply chain integration;through online channel diversification and precise customer segmentation;strengthening offline physical stores and combining online and offline;standardized management of agents to enhance product experience;and building interactive channels on the official website to form an effective service system.The fourth part is to formulate the optimization steps of XS’s agricultural products e-commerce business model according to the optimization design plan of completing the upstream optimization of the value chain first and then the downstream optimization of the value chain,and put forward the guarantee measures in terms of capital and human resources.
