In recent years,with the continuous purification and improvement of the network environment and the big data environment,it has provided a good network environment for the development of e-commerce,and rural e-commerce has a variety of development channels,and the introduction of government supportive policies has provided strong support for the development of rural e-commerce.Wuyuan County,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,is located in the Hetao Plain,with abundant natural resources and favorable conditions for diverting yellow irrigation canals,with a suitable climate,four distinct seasons and sufficient sunshine.The county’s agriculture is rich in sunflower,wheat,corn,tomato,vegetables,melons and fruits and other crops,and has a rich supply of local agricultural products in Hetao,which has laid a good foundation for the development of ecommerce of characteristic agricultural products.First of all,through the questionnaire survey method and case analysis method,the unique background of Wuyuan County,the basic conditions and participation in the development of characteristic agricultural products,and the e-commerce mode of characteristic agricultural products are analyzed to understand the unique advantages of the development of special agricultural products in Wuyuan County.Among them,through the questionnaire,we learned about the distribution of agricultural product types in the development of e-commerce of characteristic agricultural products in Wuyuan County,the basic conditions for the development of e-commerce,the adoption of e-commerce,and the influencing factors of reluctance to adopt e-commerce;From the perspective of enterprises,farmers and cooperatives,the e-commerce model of characteristic agricultural products in Wuyuan County is analyzed in the form of cases and the problems existing in the development process of e-commerce of characteristic agricultural products in Wuyuan County are mainly reflected in the lack of quality control and standardization of agricultural products themselves,backward planting technology and insufficient branding effect of agricultural products;The platform used in the e-commerce of characteristic agricultural products has low visibility,lack of professional and technical talents,lack of personnel advantages,and its learning channels are limited,lack of professional e-commerce learning channels,logistics infrastructure is not comprehensive enough,and fail to provide a good development foundation for e-commerce;In the existing e-commerce mode of characteristic agricultural products in Wuyuan County,the enterprise-led model will involve the problem of insufficient coordination between the upstream and downstream of the enterprise,the lack of scale of the upstream industry,the insufficient control of the quality of the downstream products,the lack of exclusive products with their own characteristics,the lack of professionalism of the farmers in the application process,the cooperative has not formed a systematic management,and the product quality cannot be guaranteed.Combining the above shortcomings,we will then put forward targeted development strategies for the e-commerce of characteristic agricultural products in Wuyuan County,rely on the government to improve the competitiveness of agricultural products,improve the quality of agricultural products and form standardization,and introduce advanced technologies to help form a branding effect;Give play to the policy effect,improve the development of e-commerce,e-commerce participants should exert subjective initiative,multi-channel learning e-commerce knowledge,the government can cultivate more exemplary "net red",expand the scope of live broadcasting,and establish an e-commerce training team,increase professional talents,at the same time to promote industrial aggregation,lead logistics enterprises to settle in,and provide a logistics foundation for e-commerce;Finally,it is necessary to find a breakthrough,strengthen the e-commerce model of characteristic agricultural products,strengthen the promotion of characteristic agricultural products,and cultivate professional talents and product packaging technology.The application of e-commerce of characteristic agricultural products has greatly promoted the economic development of rural areas,and will become an important channel for the sale of characteristic agricultural products in Wuyuan County in the future,this article will conduct in-depth research on the development strategy of e-commerce of characteristic agricultural products in Wuyuan County after understanding the current situation and problems of the development of e-commerce of characteristic agricultural products in Wuyuan County,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the development of e-commerce of wuyuan county in the future.
