Since the national development strategy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" was put forward,the innovation and entrepreneurship industry has received great attention in China.As the cradle and stepping stone of innovation and entrepreneurship industry,science and technology business incubator plays a great role in promoting the rapid development of innovation and entrepreneurship industry.With the rise of this wave of entrepreneurship,science and technology business incubators have also developed rapidly.Therefore,it is a difficult problem for incubators in small and medium-sized cities to explore how to change and optimize the existing operation mode and stand out from the fierce market competition under the increasingly fierce competition.This article selects HN Small and Medium sized Enterprise Incubation Center as the research object,and uses case study method,questionnaire survey method,and literature research method to conduct a systematic research and analysis on the enterprise.After research,it was found that the operation mode of the incubator is relatively traditional and has strong representativeness in the industry.Therefore,this article starts from the organizational structure of the HN Small and Medium sized Enterprise Incubation Center and conducts research on the management mode,service mode,and profit mode of the incubator.Then,PEST,Five Forces Model,SWOT and other analysis models are used to analyze the operating environment of the incubator.Finally,a questionnaire survey of incubating enterprises in the park is combined,Discovered problems in the operation of HN Small and Medium sized Enterprise Incubation Center,such as a shortage of personnel in the operation and management team,insufficient talent supply,insufficient information exchange between incubators,lack of hierarchical services,single profit model,weak financing service ability,and insufficient construction of online service platforms.Based on the theories of enterprise life cycle,service innovation,and industrial cluster,this article proposes optimization suggestions and corresponding safeguard measures for the operation strategy of HN small and medium-sized enterprise incubation center.Firstly,optimization suggestions were proposed for the construction of team members,improvement and improvement of service models,enrichment of profit models,expansion of financing services,and construction and application of internet comprehensive service platforms for incubators.Subsequently,corresponding safeguard measures were proposed from the perspectives of human resources,financial systems,risk management,strategic cooperation,information management,and corporate culture to ensure the implementation of relevant suggestions and improve the operational management level and incubation efficiency of the incubator.At last,this paper hopes that under the research on the optimization design of the operation strategy of HN small and medium-sized business incubator,HN small and medium-sized business incubator can have better development,maintain an advanced position in the industry,provide reference significance for the optimization of the operation strategy of science and technology business incubators in similar other regions,and let each operation related party of the incubator,including government agencies Incubator operators,incubating enterprises,investment institutions and colleges and universities have a deeper understanding of the operation and management of incubators,so as to better cooperate with incubators and achieve win-win results. |
