Technology Business Incubator Existing Problems And Its Countermeasures

Technology Business Incubator is a service agency which cultivating and nurturing the high-tech Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). It has been a rapid development since the emergence of University Science and Technology business Incubator because both of the technical support of University and related policy support. From creating the incubator, the university could solve the problem transformation high-tech achievement to productive forces and at the same time it will improve the regional economic. But there still many questions. To study the theory of the incubator and Tsinghua Development and Research Instituted of Hebei I should find these problems and how to solve them.Based on the theory and researching of example, I would find the problems and analyze problems then find the method to solve them. There are three parts:No.1:To analyze the theory of incubator including producing, developing and it's concept and feature etc. it's precondition of this paper.No.2:Researching the example, including the operation mode, current condition and prospect of university science parks and compared with foreign enterprises I could make a summary that the incubator has the following questions:the external environment is not perfect and then internal operating mechanism is not regular and so on.No.3:Since founding these problems I would like to propose reasonable suggestions in order to make the university development more prosperous.
