Research On The Evaluation Of Smart Agriculture Service Quality In Chongqin

With the acceleration of urbanization,more and more attention has been paid to the development of smart agriculture,which has gradually broken the development limitation of traditional agriculture and promoted the development of agriculture.In the development of agricultural modernization,the development of smart agriculture has well enhanced the correlation among various industries,promoted the coordinated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and provided agricultural information for farmers’ agricultural management subjects,agricultural governments and other relevant users,but there is still a certain gap between the users’ expectations.The overall development of smart agriculture in Chongqing is still in its initial stage,and there are still some problems in the subsequent development: obvious weaknesses in infrastructure,low level of industrial digitization,lack of big data services in the whole industrial chain,lack of impetus for technological innovation,insufficient ability to support talents,and capital investment still need to be strengthened.Therefore,this paper chooses to study the service quality of smart agriculture in Chongqing.First,it is helpful to systematically and comprehensively analyze the basic situation of the service quality of smart agriculture in Chongqing.From the perspective of users of smart agriculture services,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the users’ real demand for smart agriculture services and the service satisfaction of current smart agriculture in Chongqing.Then the key factors affecting the development of service quality of smart agriculture in Chongqing were found out.Second,it is helpful to comprehensively evaluate the service quality of smart agriculture,and make a systematic evaluation of the current service level of smart agriculture in Chongqing,so as to put forward relevant suggestions.By referring to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper finds that the research on smart agricultural services mainly focuses on the research of smart agricultural hardware facilities,while the related research on service quality evaluation is less.Taking this as a breakthrough,this paper starts with the service quality,establishes an index system by referring to the evaluation of government service quality,and evaluates the service quality of Chongqing smart agriculture.Since the evaluation of service quality will be greatly influenced by the subjective will of the interviewees,the conclusions obtained have certain limitations.Therefore,this paper classifies the smart agricultural services in Chongqing.It starts with the classification of intelligent production,data-oriented management,online-oriented service and networked operation,and then studies the service quality of smart agriculture from the perspective of specific users of smart agriculture,such as farmers and agricultural operators.It combines objective data analysis with subjective quantitative indicators.Point-to-point questionnaire distribution was conducted to objectively analyze the specific situation of smart agriculture services.SERVQUAL model was used to construct the index system of smart agriculture service quality evaluation in Chongqing,and service quality indexes were constructed from five dimensions of tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance and empathy,and corresponding questionnaires were set up.A questionnaire survey was carried out among smart agriculture users in Chongqing to collect the perceived value and expectation of users in enjoying smart agriculture services,analyze the factors affecting the service quality of smart agriculture in Chongqing,and propose countermeasures to improve the smart agriculture services in Chongqing.
