With the development of sharing economy and Internet technology,online car Hailing has gradually become an important travel mode for residents.At present,the online car Hailing industry is transiting from the rapid growth period to the application maturity period.The growth rate of the market scale is slowing down.Therefore,new service value growth points need to be explored.In this paper,from the two aspects of user perceived value-added and enterprise income value-added,the optimal operation strategy is formulated based on the space-time characteristics to realize the value-added of car Hailing service of various leasing types.The research is divided into three parts.First of all,in order to enhance the user’s perceived value,this paper explores the key factors of user’s use intention from the perspective of users.Within the users,a conceptual model is constructed by combining various theories.Based on the structural equation model,the key factors affecting the usage intention of online car Hailing users are determined;Outside the users,the total social welfare is used to measure the valueadded effect of industry services,and the key dimensions and key factors of the system from the three main dimensions is explored.The results show that perceived cost and perceived risk are the key factors affecting the user’s intention to use,and the user side is affected by the enterprise side.Secondly,from the perspective of enterprises aiming at improving the revenue value,the paper discusses the demand differences of different types of leasing services in terms of time and space characteristics,where the refined operation can be realized.The results show that the demand for online car-hailing of different leasing types is significantly different under different time and space conditions,and the demand for high-end models is relatively concentrated.Finally,based on the game relationship between the user side and the enterprise side,the optimal operation strategy is formulated for a variety of leasing types.Based on the research of key factors and association rules,by setting dynamic parameters,an evolutionary game model based on temporal and spatial characteristics is established,and the evolutionary game analysis of online car-hailing companies and users is carried out.The results show that the results of evolutionary games are affected by key factors and association rules.Under different temporal and spatial characteristics,the results of evolutionary games are also different.In short,this article focuses on the key factors and association rules of the value-added services of various types of car-hailing leases,explains the mechanism of value-added services from multiple perspectives,and proposes operation strategies based on temporal and spatial characteristics to promote the overall development of the car-hailing industry.
