As the product of the sharing economy era,the ride-hailing industry has experienced a long development period in our country.The internal development trend of the ride-hailing industry is constantly improving,with all indicators growing steadily,while the order compliance rate is also steadily improving.Especially after the impact of the epidemic,the ride-hailing industry has filtered out some small and micro platforms with weak competitiveness and substandard technology.The elimination and withdrawal of these small and micro platforms further optimized the internal development of the ride-hailing industry,improved the operation compliance rate,and played an important impact on the internal legitimacy and safety of the industry.The current performance of the e-hailing industry is the integration of " Super Power ",led by "Didi Chuxing",and " Multi-great Power ",supplemented by small ehailing platforms such as "Caocao Chuxing","Xiangdao Chuxing" and "T3 Chuxing",forming the "One Super Power " in the e-hailing industry.Didi Chuxing’s "One super" is not only reflected in its long history and large organization,but also in the large number of orders.With 25 million orders per day,Didi Chuxing occupies 85% of the market share.Other small platforms receive 1.5 million to 2 million daily orders.The survival environment of small online car-hailing platforms is severe,and it is urgent to break through the current development mode.Three years after the epidemic,the Internet industry has been in a cold winter,and ride-hailing platforms will inevitably be affected by the industry.At the same time,the number of online car-hailing platforms in China is increasing,and most of them are small ones.In order to stand out among nearly 300 platforms,these small platforms have to carefully consider their own development and macro and micro strategies,so as to better increase platform benefits,improve profitability and risk bearing ability.So what is the basis of platform strategy? What determines the direction of strategy development?For the above problems,based on the actual operation data of T3 travel platform and combined with the actual operation requirements of daily platforms,this paper selects "subsidy","number of online drivers","number of call orders" and "number of inefficient drivers" as independent variables,and "number of completed orders" as dependent variables,and extracts the operation panel data of the platform from August to November 2021.The bidirectional fixed effect model was selected as the model fitting tool,and the influence of each factor on the benefit was analyzed according to the fitting results,and then the specific influence situation was obtained.At the same time,this paper also creatively combines quantile regression analysis method to study the effect of panel quantile regression on the operation of urban agglomerations at different levels,and gives strategic suggestions for urban agglomerations.The results show that "subsidy","number of online drivers" and "number of call orders" have a positive effect on "number of completed orders",while "number of inefficient drivers" has a negative effect on "number of completed orders".In addition,the two capacity variables of "number of online drivers" and "number of inefficient drivers" contribute a lot to the model,so the optimization strategy of the capacity end can be emphasized in the overall planning of the platform.For urban agglomerations at different levels,with the development of urban agglomerations becoming more mature,the effect of online driver number is gradually weakened,but it still remains the primary influencing factor.The influence of the number of inefficient drivers is continuously enhanced,indicating that in the late stage of the platform development,improving the efficiency of drivers is an important influence direction for the further development of the platform.Subsidies and subscriber calls are also rising,but the impact is low.No matter the platform as a whole or in various horizontal urban agglomerations,the transport capacity end is an important factor that should be mainly considered for small platforms.This conclusion points out the direction for the next step of platform strategy formulation.
