| Modern people’s way of traveling has been deeply influenced by the online car-hailing service industry,and the Didi platform is a representative one in the online car-hailing service platforms.At present,the Didi platform has covered more than 400 cities in the country,and the number of orders completed every day is about 30 million.However,in recent years,frequent vicious incidents have pushed the existence of the online car-hailing service to an embarrassed state.However,through analysis,we can know that the existence of online car-hailing service appointment has its own advantages.It not only makes full use of empty cars,greatly meets people’s travel needs,but also improves people’s employment opportunities.In this context,the improvement of the supervision level of the online car-hailing service has become a concern.The risks of online car-hailing service platform can be divided into system risk and non-system risk.The system risk is composed of relevant laws and regulations of the state and the local government.The non-system risk is caused by the short development time of online car-hailing service industry,the immature market and the lack of relatively experience of enterprises.Under the background of platform economy,there are two kinds of platform supervision.The first is the government supervision of the platform,which is called government supervision.The second is the platform itself supervision of the platform,which is called platform supervision.It is worth noting that the government supervision is too strict in the supervision of the online car-hailing service platform,and some local laws and regulations have also curbed the development of online car-hailing service,and there is much room for improvement in the internal supervision of the platform.In this paper,aiming at the supervision problem of online car-hailing service platform,the successful supervision system abroad is studied,and then,based on the supervision principles of other domestic Internet platforms,the differences of online car-hailing service platform are discussed,and the solutions are put forward from the perspective of policy and platform enterprises respectively.On the one hand,the government should revise some clauses which are not conducive to the development of the industry and the demands of the people according to the feedback of the online car-hailing service market,and regard the online car-hailing service industry as a new system to manage,strengthen the structure of government supervise platform and the platform supervise the users.On the other hand,the platform should further and systematically improve the platform’s regulatory system,including ensuring the validity of access provisions,establishing passenger access mechanism,giving play to the socialattributes of the platform,reducing the information asymmetry between drivers and passengers,establishing credit mechanism and signal transmission mechanism,and improving the after-sales service system.Through the analysis of a dynamic game under the condition of complete information,to illustrateing the influence of after-sales service system on the rational decision-makers’ criminal cost,and then affects the decision of rational decision-maker.In the dynamic game analysis of asymmetric information,we can find the importance of reducing information asymmetry for transactions.In the industry of online car-hailing service,while reducing information asymmetry,we need to protect the privacy of both parties appropriately to ensure the safe conduct of transactions.Through dynamic game under multiple transactions,the important roles of reputation mechanism and signal transmission mechanism in transactions are analyzed.If these methods can be used in the supervision,and then the access supervision and other control methods can be used to establish a perfect supervision system from the government to the enterprise,then the accidents in the online car-hailing service industry will be greatly reduced.Generally,the current policy has maintained an encouraging and tolerant attitude toward online car-hailing service.As a leading platform in the online car booking industry,Didi platform has a huge user base and better supervision mechanism.Because of the rapid dissemination of information on the internet,the impact of the platform is greater when the accident occurs,Didi platform has taken a series of injections in the face of problems.The solving solutions,including strengthening access supervision,improving the level of after-sales service and the design of safety centers,greatly reduce the possibility of accidents,and have a certain reference and enlightenment for other online car-hailing service platforms in China.Nowadays,with the increasingly fierce competition and homogenization of platform services,it is necessary to enhance the user experience and enhance the user’s sense of security to ensure the core competitiveness of the platform. |
