| With the deepening of the financial market and the rapid development of the banking industry,the development of commercial banks is faced with a variety of risks in the complex market environment,among which the operational risk is more complex and changeable,once it occurs,it will cause huge losses to customers and banks.As the most front-line and core business of a bank,counter business reflects the operating conditions of a bank and also bears the responsibility for the stable and sustainable development of a bank.At present,a variety of cases caused by operational risks are piled up,most of which occur in the field of counter business,which indicates that there are many hidden risks in the actual operation and development of banks,which seriously endangers the sound development of bank business.Therefore,commercial banks need to strengthen the comprehensive management of operational risks of counter business in daily work to eliminate potential risk factors.Reduce the frequency of risk occurrence.Based on the above background,this paper,on the basis of the existing research on counter business operating risks,adopts the literature research method,normative analysis method and case analysis method,and combines the actual risk cases and management status of the counter business operating risks of S Branch of China Construction Bank to carry out theoretical discussion on the existing problems and analyze the hazards caused by them.This paper analyzes and studies the risk operation problems in the counter field of S Branch of China Construction Bank by using flow chart analysis method and scenario analysis method and establishing key risk indicators.Finally,it puts forward targeted measures from the three aspects of system construction,team construction and system construction.In the aspect of system construction,it is necessary to establish and improve the staff post responsibility system,implement post rotation and compulsory leave system,and establish the whole process monitoring system of risk prevention.In terms of team building,it is necessary to enhance the compliance consciousness of employees,strengthen the training of counter business,improve the reward and punishment system of counter staff,and pay attention to the psychological construction of counter staff.In terms of system construction,it is necessary to promote the information construction of banking system and accelerate the optimization,integration and upgrading of system and equipment.The above measures are adopted to optimize and improve the status quo of counter risk prevention and control,reduce the occurrence of illegal cases and problems,improve the level of counter business operation risk management,improve the business development competitiveness of China Construction Bank S Branch,and provide reference for the counter business operation risk prevention and control of other banks. |
