Research On Japan's FDI To China During The COVID-19 Pandemi

The issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has always been an important issue related to the people’s livelihood in China.In order to accelerate the process of rural development,improve the level of agricultural development,achieve the prosperity of agricultural industry,increase the level of farmers’ income,and build a beautiful and prosperous new countryside,the State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Integrated Development of Rural,Rural,Primary,Secondary,and Secondary Industries in2015,The opinion points out that "with the support of new cities and towns,we should promote supply-side structural reform,strengthen the construction of modernization system,and realize the cross-integration of agriculture and secondary and tertiary industries as soon as possible".At the same time,we have made relevant arrangements in the way of industrial integration,the main body of industrial integration,and industrial integration services.As a traditional agricultural region,the healthy development of the integration of three rural industries in Wanzhou has certain practical significance for promoting rural revitalization,rural economic development and even regional economic development in Wanzhou.This study takes the current situation of the development of rural integration of three industries in Wanzhou District of Chongqing as the research object.On the basis of sorting out the environmental basis,industrial basis and development status of rural integration of three industries in Wanzhou District of Chongqing,combining with the documents I collected during my internship in the Rural Revitalization Bureau of Wanzhou District of Chongqing and the first-hand data obtained through the investigation in the countryside,this study adopts the method of case study to analyze "1+2" The "1+3" two different integration models,Anxi Village in Changling Town and wutong Village in Longju Town,are representative of each other.From the small to the big,it is found that "the integration of three industries in rural areas is in the initial stage,with serious homogenization","there are many integration subjects,but their scale and strength are weak","the interest linkage mechanism is in the exploration stage,and needs to be further improved","The implementation of government functions is not in place and in-depth planning is lacking","The construction of rural roads lags behind,and the supporting infrastructure needs to be further optimized","the rural hollowing is serious,and there is a lack of professional agricultural talents" and other issues,and targeted proposals are put forward to "accelerate the high-quality development of the integration of three industries,create its own characteristics","develop and expand the main body of the integration,enhance the power of the integration of three industries","improve the interest linkage mechanism,and ensure the value-added income of farmers","improve the government functions,and do a good job in macro planning" "Fully promote the construction of infrastructure and supporting facilities,consolidate the development foundation of rural integration of three industries","strengthen the construction of agricultural talent team,actively cultivate new professional farmers" and other countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to promoting the sustainable and healthy development of rural integration of three industries in Wanzhou District,Chongqing.
