A Study On The Development Path Of County Tourism In Shandong Province

General Secretary Xi Jinping make much account of tourist industry,it has issued important instructions on the whole region tourism,toilet revolution,civilized tourism,tourism poverty alleviation,red tourism.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly regards "promoting the deeply integrated development of culture and tourism" as an important requirement for developing cultural undertakings and cultural industries and building a strong socialist culture.The development of all-region tourism in all provinces and regions has entered a new stage.The emergence of the concept of comprehensive tourism development has changed from focusing on the globalization of tourism space at the earliest to focusing on tourism related elements,industries,management,urban development and other aspects,involving tourism environment,industrial economy,social management and other aspects.In terms of academic research,regional tourism research is characterized by focusing on practice and theory lagging behind practice.Regional tourism theoretical research is mostly qualitative analysis,lacking empirical research.Taking the demonstration zone of regional tourism in Shandong Province as an example,this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research and empirical research to provide systematic scientific guidance for the development of regional tourism at county level,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,whole-region tourism demonstration zones in Shandong Province are studied,six factor level indexes are selected to construct whole-region tourism development level evaluation index system,which is divided into three categories according to the results of principal component analysis and development characteristics.Three typical cases in Zichuan District,Taishan District and Boxing County are selected to conduct in-depth research on their development situation,model status and existing problems.In this paper,the global tourism system is divided into three subsystems,namely,the socio-economic subsystem,the tourism resource subsystem and the policy support subsystem.The horizontal variable,the rate variable and the auxiliary variable are selected.According to the dynamic feedback mechanism of each subsystem,the system flow chart is drawn by Vensim software,and the model parameters and system equations are determined.The system dynamics model of the whole region tourism development is constructed.According to the simulation results,the development paths of county-wide tourism are resources-driven,socio-economic driven,policy-supported and the combination of three single paths.The economy-resources-policy coupling can achieve the best development state,but the three paths still have great reference value in different application scenarios.Finally,according to the development status of the case site,the path optimization scheme is proposed,which is also of practical significance for the path optimization of the research object,the selection of the tourism development strategy in the future and the establishment of the demonstration area.In this paper,the research method combining system dynamics model and multi-case study is adopted to explore the development path of all-region tourism.In case selection,non-optimal tourism resource areas and economically underdeveloped areas are also taken into account,which has certain guiding significance for the development of all-region tourism in regions with different development bases,and to a certain extent,makes up for the shortcomings of existing studies.
