| Area development is the overall development,construction,operation and maintenance of the planned area.In recent years,my country’s area development projects have also chosen to adopt the PPP model to solve financing problems.However,there are certain financing risks for projects with large volume and large investment needs.Effective management and control of project financing risks is a crucial prerequisite for the successful implementation of the project.Based on this,through the evaluation and research on the financing risk in the development of PPP projects in the area,the level of project financing risk management can be further improved.The financing method of PPP project development in the area is relatively complicated,and there are many risk factors.The identification of financing risks is a key link in the process of project risk evaluation,so it is particularly important to establish a sound financing risk system.Screening of financing risk indicators through literature analysis and practical research,a financing risk evaluation index system for PPP project development in the area was established.Then,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to establish the financing risk evaluation model of the PPP project in the area development.Finally,through empirical research,the evaluation results of financing risk are obtained.Through the research on the financing risk evaluation of PPP project development in the area,a complete evaluation process is formed,and through empirical research,the feasibility and applicability of this financing risk index system and evaluation model are verified.The establishment of a financing risk evaluation system for PPP projects in the area development can reduce project financing risks,improve the efficiency of financing risk management and control,and provide decision-making basis for the smooth implementation of PPP projects in the area development.Figure 10;Table 20;Reference 55... |
