Research Of New School Area's Financing Model And Risk Early-warning

In recent years, China's higher education has developed quickly and has been in a popular style.As a result, many colleges'teaching facilities and teaching environment hasn't satisfied the requirement. In order to solve the problem, a great many of colleges begun to build new school area. Project of building new school area processes huge fund requirement, long investment recovery period and it become a arduous assignment to the college, a few colleges are deep in financial crisis because of project of building new school.Hence, how to seek effective mode of financing has become an issue that is worth studying. Basing on such back ground, this paper analyzed the financing mode and the risk early warning of building new school.Firstly, this paper list several major foreign colleges'financing state, carried on the analysis and reached some apocalypses to our college financing. Secondly, college main financing ways, existing problems at present and the corresponding risk was analyzed. Then this paper gave some new ways to diversity financing channels, including common modes and innovative methods.Finally, basing on the risk management theory and risk early-warning theory, this paper established college financing risk early warning system, including qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis adopted Delphi Method, quantitative analysis adopted comprehensive index warning model method. Through the risk early-warning system, risk could be monitored and predicted, risk management and risk control could be adopted.
