| As economic globalization achieves continuous advancement,only by further improving the level of total quality management can enterprises continuously improve their market competitiveness in the process of transformation from "Made in China" to "Made in China on quality",and ensure their own sustainable development.GY company is a state-owned enterprise transformed from scientific research institution.Since the implementation of total quality management,it has passed the ISO9001,GJB9001 management system certification,successively.In the period of the13 th Five-Year Plan,the new materials industry has also been strongly supported by national policies,sales revenue and total profit are growing rapidly.However,as GY company achieves the continuous development and growth,its implementation of the total quality management is stagnating,the quality system documents guidance is becoming weak,the staff quality awareness is insufficient,the continuous improvement effect is becoming unobvious,the quality cost accounting mechanism is becoming incomplete.Those problems lead in customer satisfaction,product return rate,on-time delivery rate and other indicators fail to improve,which has restricted GY’s progress in Stated owned eneterprises reform and high-quality development.In this paper,taking total quality management theory as basis,an analysis of the implementation status of quality management of GY company was made to find out the existing problems and causes from the perspective of the whole staff,the whole process and the whole scope.Based on it,in combination with the principles and characteristics of total quality management,the improvement plans are proposed to improve the quality awareness and management level of all staff,strengthen the whole process of quality control,and promote the whole range of quality management work.Then suggestions are given from three aspects,that is,playing a leading role,paying attention to the construction of quality management talent team and building a quality information platform.This paper aims to improve the total quality management level of GY company and provide reference for the improvement of the total quality management level of enterprises with similar problems. |
