Research On Software Quality Management Improvement Of H Company Based On ISO9001 System

With the vigorous development of Internet finance,the public has an increasingly strong demand for online financial services,and the strength of information technology has become the focus of competition in the financial industry.Company H is a science and technology subsidiary of Bank H,with a short establishment time and insufficient quality management experience.Although the company has passed the iso9001:2015certification and CMMI3 software maturity certification,due to the lack of quality management,it has caused frequent software product quality problems,low customer satisfaction and high production defect rate,which has caused great pressure on the performance evaluation and business development of company H.Firstly,combined with ISO9001 quality management system documents,this thesis analyzes the causes of the problems in the leadership process,planning process,operation process,performance evaluation process and support process by using literature analysis,data statistics and fishbone diagram.Then use PDCA tools,quality economic analysis,total quality management and CMMI3 software maturity model to optimize and improve these problems in the management process.Finally,the effect of the software quality optimization scheme is tested through the pilot project of H company.Through the implementation of quality optimization plan,we can solve the problems in quality management,optimize and improve the current quality management system of H company,and help H company improve the quality of software.Through the above research,it is concluded that software companies need to give full play to the advantages of CMMI in technical management while implementing the ISO9001 standard.A basic prerequisite for the implementation of CMMI is that the organization should have clear business processes and standardized and institutionalized management and control over them.However,CMMI itself does not provide management specifications for the entire enterprise.However,the implementation of ISO9001 standards by enterprises creates a prerequisite for the smooth implementation of CMMI.ISO9001 standard and CMMI model complement each other and promote the continuous improvement of software quality.
