| At present,all walks of life are transforming to the stage of high-quality development,the property management industry is no exception,owners also prefer to provide high-quality service of the property management company.As the service provider of the property management company,the quality of the property management service is closely related to the staff.If the enterprise wants to make great efforts in high-quality service,it should find ways to improve the enthusiasm of employees.Only when the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees become higher,their creativity will be stimulated and their potential will be tapped,so that the enterprise can achieve rapid development.Based on the current development situation,enterprise managers pay more attention to the improvement of employee satisfaction.State-owned enterprises play an important role in the industry.To achieve long-term development,enterprises should not only pay attention to the external development of enterprises,but also pay attention to the internal development of enterprises,especially the development of employees.When state-owned enterprises are faced with problems such as shortage of funds,obsolete equipment and outdated concepts,they can also start from the perspective of employees to solve the problems of enterprise development.The enterprise cares about the development of employees,which can be realized by caring about the satisfaction of employees.The improvement of the satisfaction of employees in the enterprise represents the improvement of their recognition of the enterprise,which will motivate employees to work more actively and create more value for the enterprise,and the competitiveness of the enterprise will naturally increase gradually.This paper selects M property Management Company to study the improvement of employee satisfaction.As a state-owned enterprise,M property management company’s economic benefits have declined,and its employees are not active in work and have the condition of muddling along.To this,through the employee interviews and adopt the method of questionnaire,interview results of 30 employees and 115 valid questionnaires results analysed and studied,emphasis from salary welfare satisfaction,satisfaction with training and development,work environment satisfaction,sense of belonging and satisfaction degree of satisfaction,satisfaction with the enterprise culture and so on five dimensions to measure the employee’s overall satisfaction,Furthermore,the differences in gender,marriage,age,post,education and working years of employees in the five dimensions are analyzed in detail according to different demographic variables.Based on the analysis results,which can be concluded that M property management company employee satisfaction as a whole is low,there are less salary welfare system is not perfect,training and personal development prospect is unknown,chaos is not harmonious work environment,and the sense of belonging and low satisfaction,corporate culture problems such as lack of sense of self-identity,after analyzing the reason of these problems targeted,Finally,some measures are proposed to improve employee satisfaction by establishing a reasonable salary and welfare system,attaching importance to employee training and making scientific development plans,improving the working environment of employees,enhancing the sense of belonging and satisfaction of work,and enhancing the sense of corporate cultural identity,so as to make M property management company more competitive. |
