With the development of global economic integration,new models of operation management system transformation in foreign banking industry are gradually followed,studied and absorbed by domestic banks,one of which is the centralized office operation management model.However,due to the complex historical factors of large commercial banks in China,the large number of branches in many regions,the variety of business and the large business volume,etc.,they often encounter some new problems that need to be solved when transforming the operation system.In this paper,we select the centralized processing center of Bank Z,which is very representative and technologically advanced in the industry,and design an operation management optimization plan by combining the typical problems in actual operation,which not only enriches the operation management method of Bank Z,but also provides some reference experience for other banks that want to adopt the centralized processing operation model.This paper firstly discusses the necessity of implementing centralized operations in commercial banks in China in light of the history of operational management reform.Secondly,it summarizes and reviews the related discussions on process reengineering,centralized operation and financial technology development of commercial banks at home and abroad.Then,the existing operation mode of the centralized processing center of Bank Z is analyzed,and points out that there are four types of problems that need to be solved urgently in the existing operation mode.Then,in view of the problems of the existing operation mode of Z Bank’s centralized processing center,the optimization ideas and objectives of centralized operation are proposed.Finally,specific optimization plans and measures are proposed: using new technologies such as Robotic Process Automation,Intelligent Character Recognition,Natural Language Processing,Big Data Analysis,etc.,increasing financial technology innovation;using Quality Function Deployment Analysis Method to screen valuable and task-intensive requirements,optimize process design,upgrade staff operation channels,and improve business processing Strengthen the training of high-quality talents,build a team of financial technology-oriented,professional-intensive and comprehensive reusable talents,and continuously improve the assessment index system and reward and punishment system to motivate employees to improve quality and increase efficiency;improve the risk prevention system,change from manual processing to machine intelligent processing,reduce operating costs,promote the integration reform of the operation system,and maintain the competitiveness of the industry.
