Although various financing channels have emerged in China’s financial industry with the development of the times,commercial banks have still been the main financial channels for domestic finance and financing.Therefore,the digital transformation progress of commercial banks greatly affects the transformation efficiency and results of the domestic financial sector.In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,retail financial business itself has long been red-sea,including competition between traditional banks,the strong intervention of external Internet giants,although there is the country’s later considerate care,but for individual customers are getting younger and younger,the trend of online,for banks that rely on offline branches and rely on labor,online,digitalization is an inevitable guide known to passers-by.In the future,banking may be a concept,a behavior,rather than a branch or a machine.With the development of science and technology,banks must follow the trend of digital transformation,on the one hand,commercial banks should overturn the previous inherent thinking and promote cooperation with other financial institutions under the premise of compliance and security,on the other hand,if they want to achieve certain advantages in the digital market,commercial banks need to strengthen research investment in their own technical level and level,and further strengthen their own innovation capabilities.The wave of digitalization is unstoppable,and banks must deploy early.However,there is no single right path for digital transformation,nor can it be achieved overnight,and each bank needs to maintain a positive and stable attitude,explore a transformation path that meets the current situation of the bank,and promote the work in stages and steps.This paper takes Hua Xia Bank as the main research object,and uses literature analysis method,empirical analysis method,experience summary method,etc.to analyze and study the digital transformation and upgrading of its operation management.This paper summarizes the views and current situation of digital transformation and upgrading at home and abroad,and analyzes the digital transformation of Hua Xia Bank’s operation and management on the basis of its analysis results.Firstly,it analyzes its current transformation status and finds the achievements and shortcomings in its transformation path,and then analyzes the difficulties that arise in the transformation process,such as data management,business process design,and risk control,and puts forward that it still needs to optimize business processes and improve the degree of cooperation of personnel in operation management,and has not established a perfect data governance and responsibility recognition system,and insufficient data storage and application of post-event risk management.Finally,by analyzing and learning from the transformation and upgrading experience of other domestic and foreign banks,it puts forward suggestions such as integrating data modules,overall management of operations,strengthening the cultivation of talents,and increasing the importance of operational risk data,while implementing a more time-effective early warning supervision and management system,strengthening information integration and utilization efficiency,etc.,while adhering to the basic concept of customer-centricity and promoting social progress,digital transformation must be customer-centric.Digital engineering is a long-term process that requires long-term strategic goals to ensure its subsequent phases.
