Research On Project Risk Management Of Chinese Medicinal Materials Preliminary Processing Industrial Park In A City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Along with the implementation of the construction strategy from comprehensive poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,there are more and more rural revitalization projects.Rural revitalization project is a comprehensive construction management project integrating rural reconstruction,engineering construction and industrial operation.The complexity of the project determines the risk degree of the project.There are many risk factors,including the capital risk of the construction project,the design and construction safety risks,the demolition and land degeneration risks,and the market risks such as industrial transformation and industrial operation.Project risk management plays a crucial role in the success or failure of a project.Research on the risk management of rural revitalization projects can reduce project risks,promote the development of rural revitalization policies,and provide more theoretical support for project risk management.Applying the theory into practice will better verify the correctness of the theory and promote the research on project risk management.Firstly,this paper summarizes the current situation of project risk management research at home and abroad through a series of references,and understands the application of common risk management research methods and risk assessment methods in specific projects.Secondly,this paper introduces the basic theory and method of risk management,including the introduction of risk management,classification,common risks of engineering projects;Methods of risk identification;Methods of risk assessment;Risk management measures.Thirdly,it describes the general situation of the rural revitalization project of the Chinese medicinal materials preliminary processing Industrial Park in A City,identifies the risk factors in all aspects of the project and summarizes the project risk list through literature analysis,expert survey analysis,brainstorming,flow chart analys.i Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to score and evaluate each risk factor,and the weight score of each risk factor was obtained through calculation.Then get the direct result of risk evaluation of the project;Based on the results of risk assessment and the actual situation of the project,appropriate ways to reduce or avoid risks are provided for various risk factors,and risk countermeasures are proposed on the premise of certain coping ways.At the same time,this paper also puts forward the necessity of project risk monitoring management,describes the process and steps of project risk monitoring management.This paper combines the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)with the fuzzy evaluation method to form a new risk evaluation scoring system,and combines the integrated risk management method of risk monitoring.It is hoped that the practical application research of this paper can provide theoretical and practical reference value for the research on the risk management of rural revitalization project,improve the risk control ability of the project more effectively,and make the project develop in a healthy and orderly direction.
