| Along with our country economy into high quality development phase,the talent competition among enterprises becomes more and more intense,gradually become the core of enterprise competition,the development of enterprise talents mainly depends on itself to the development of human resources,so the promotion enterprise’s talented person quality is particularly important for the development of enterprises,and the promotion of talent quality relies mainly on the enterprise staff training,Training has gradually become an indispensable part of every industry.With the intensification of market competition,there is an urgent need to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises-human capital level,and enterprises to enhance the technical skills of employees,tap their potential,enhance their innovation ability,and then improve the performance level,enhance the market competitiveness of the most direct and fundamental way is employee training.This paper quantifies the degree of attention,content,lecturer,method and effect evaluation of employee training in S enterprise,and collects the training satisfaction of employees with different genders,ages,educational backgrounds,job grades and job types.And frequency of the data collected by SPSS software analysis,independent sample T test,variance analysis and fuzzy evaluation method is analyzed,and aiming at the problems S corporate training through literature,books and other ways to explore the causes,and according to the actual S enterprises in training content,training teachers,training mode the optimizing measures of training,To realize the optimal allocation and effective use of training resources,to meet the dual needs of improving the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and realizing the career development planning of employees.The training optimization measures proposed for S enterprise through this study can help S enterprise to provide reliable guidance for training optimization,establish a more effective and operable training system,and improve the return on investment of human capital of the enterprise. |
