Research On The Promotion Of Industrial Transformation And Upgrading In Nanchang Xiaolan Economic Development Zone Under Digital Economy

Industrial transformation and upgrading is an important aspect affecting local economic development and income growth.As a development zone serving economic development,it is particularly important to improve the efficiency of promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.In recent years,the digital economy has become the most innovative,fastest growing and most influential new economic model,contributing more to economic growth and will play an even more important role in the new stage of development.For the development zone,the development of "digital economy" brings more opportunities and challenges to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.How to make good use of the advantages of "digital economy" to promote industrial transformation and upgrading has become one of the urgent problems to be solved at the present stage.Based on the statistics of relevant data and situation of industrial transformation in Xiao Lan Economic Development Zone in recent years,combined with relevant theories,this thesis explores the status of industrial transformation and upgrading in Xiao Lan Economic Development Zone,and analyzes the status and existing problems of industrial development in Xiao Lan Economic Development Zone under digital economy: First,the degree of smart government construction is not high and the business environment for industrial development is not good.Second,the digital economy system construction is not good and industrial policy support is not enough.Third,the construction of digital infrastructure lags behind and the supporting facilities for industrial transformation and upgrading are insufficient.Fourth,there is not much support for digital funds and the industrial financing mechanism is not perfect.Fifth,the number of digital service platforms is insufficient and the guiding role of industrial innovation is insufficient.By referring to the advanced experience of some domestic development zones,combined with the industrial development status of the Xiao Lan Economic Development Zone,the thesis finally puts forward specific suggestions to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading of the Xiao Lan Economic Development Zone in Nanchang: First,we will strengthen institutional building for the digital economy and build a digitally-smart government.It includes formulating a special plan for the development of digital economy in the zone,intensifying efforts to optimize the business environment,promoting the digital innovation of government services,speeding up the construction of smart parks,and exploring the cultivation of data factor markets.Second,speed up the construction of digital economy infrastructure and create digital economy public service platforms.They include speeding up the construction of 5G base stations and other digital facilities and the construction of public service platforms for the digital economy.Third,we will strengthen the training of professionals in the digital economy and speed up the implementation of the achievements of the "industry-university-research" in the digital economy.It includes two aspects: strengthening the construction of digital economy talents and accelerating the realization of digital economy "industry-university-research" achievements.Fourth,develop core industries of the digital economy and accelerate the digital transformation of industries.It includes two aspects of accelerating digital industrialization and industrial digital transformation.Fifth,increase financial support for industrial digital transformation and upgrading,and raise funds through multiple channels.It includes increasing fund investment in digital economy industry,actively promoting digital finance construction projects,and encouraging enterprises related to digital economy to go public and raise funds.
