| In the three-year action reform of state-owned enterprises,C company has carried out a series of reform explorations around the three system reforms.Performance management,as the core part of the related management of labor,personnel and distribution system,is the focus of the reform.On the basis of extensive study of works,literature and research results on performance appraisal system at home and abroad,this paper grasps the development context of performance appraisal system research,and provides the theoretical framework basis and research path guidance for the study of management practice cases of C companies.On this basis,from the elements of the performance appraisal system,around the performance appraisal index system,appraisal subject,assessment cycle,appraisal fairness,the diversity of the assessment application of the corresponding content in the questionnaire and interview application and reflect,intention widely collected in performance appraisal system evaluation,to confirm or falsified focus on key issues,mining problems after deep reasons,so as to form an effective performance system improvement scheme.In view of the management level and management mode of C company,the completely controllable department performance appraisal system of C company,which is in the organizational assessment level,is taken as the research focus,and all the research and discussion are carried out as the starting point.Through the investigation and research,the main problems of the C company department performance appraisal system are reflected in four aspects,namely,the challenge of the performance appraisal indicators,the diversity of the performance appraisal subjects,the fairness of the assessment process,and the differential management of the application of the assessment results.Around the four aspects of the problem,combined with the actual enterprise operation and management,respectively formed targeted improvement plans.In general,this paper is based on the performance management theory,with enterprise management practice as the research object,through solid research and analysis,puts forward the improvement scheme based on enterprise management mode and cultural background,is the theory application innovation of adjust measures to local conditions,for the company in the new development to improve the performance management,realize the enterprise development and human resources of double promote the action plan. |
