At present,the global economy is in a period of profound readjustment,a new round of scientific and technological revolution with industrial transformation is accelerating,and new growth drivers are accumulating strength for a take-off.China’s strategy of becoming a manufacturing power has entered a critical decade.In China,the tide of informatization characterized by digitization,networking and intelligence springs up exuberantly,the world’s science and technology center represented by manufacturing is moving towards China.For the aviation industry,China has realized the cross-generation development of the main aviation equipment,meanwhile the development momentum of civil aviation and general aviation is swift and violent.For KT company,this is a period with a number of favourable environmental factors.Meanwhile,KT company is however also faced with the rapid iteration of technical demands caused by the cross-generation development of aviation weapons,and the pressure brought by the intensifying competition of all companies under the rapid advancement of military-civilian integration.Therefore,how to position KT’s development strategy to achieve healthy and sustainable development has become the core problem facing the company.This problem is also the focus of this study.Based on the sufficient access to the domestic and foreign related literature related to strategic management,this paper summarized the basic theory and method of strategic management.Combined with the national policy,economic environment,social environment and technological development trend in recent years,to analyze internal and external environmental factors by use of EFE matrix and IFE matrix,and then to carry out adaptation analysis and evaluation of the strategy with SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix,in this way a most suitable corporate strategy comes out.After the development strategy is defined,considering the company’s existing internal advantages and disadvantages and in the face of future development opportunities and threats,the important functional strategy and related implementation measures are formulated to ensure that the strategy can be implemented.
