Research On Performance Evaluation Of SZ Comprehensive Pipe Rack Project

With the rapid development of urbanization,the traditional urban pipeline laying method gradually shows its shortcomings.For example,when expanding the capacity of the pipe network or maintaining the pipeline,the road surface needs to be repeatedly excavated,which not only affects the urban landscape,reduces the land use efficiency,but also has a great impact on people’s travel.In order to solve the above problems,the comprehensive pipe gallery has come into people’s view.The comprehensive pipe gallery has become an effective way to solve the problem of space resources in urban development and improve the "road zipper" problem of repeatedly excavated ground.In recent years,China has issued relevant standards,specifications,laws and policies in the design and construction of the comprehensive pipe gallery to regulate and guide the whole process of the construction of the comprehensive pipe gallery.However,there is still a lack of a relatively complete evaluation mechanism to evaluate the performance of the comprehensive pipe gallery.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to fully consider the needs of project stakeholders,comprehensively and systematically analyze the project performance objectives,and build a reasonable comprehensive pipeline corridor project performance evaluation index system in the process of comprehensive pipeline corridor performance evaluation.The research on the performance of the comprehensive pipe gallery project has a very good reference for enterprises engaged in related projects.In this study,first of all,the literature method is adopted to preliminarily screen the evaluation indicators in combination with the actual situation;Secondly,the questionnaire was used to screen the indicators for the second time,and the basic scope of indicators was determined;Thirdly,the weight of the index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation model is obtained;Thirdly,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to bring the actual situation of SZ comprehensive pipeline corridor project into the evaluation model,and the conclusion is drawn that the current SZ comprehensive pipeline corridor project is in a general state.Finally,after obtaining the conclusion of the general status of SZ comprehensive pipe gallery project,the paper puts forward targeted strategies such as formulating preventive measures,improving the performance monitoring system,improving the owner’s satisfaction,and improving the technical level,in order to provide effective reference for the later part of SZ project and other comprehensive pipe gallery projects.
