Research On Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Home Based Elderly Care Service In Yucheng County

Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,the overall layout of "five-in-one" and the strategic layout of "four comprehensives",and the strategic policy of actively responding to China’s aging,the following series of measures have been taken to introduce There are three kinds of measures for the elderly service,namely home care,family care and community care,which point out the specific development direction and problems for the rural elderly service.Nowadays,the number of aging population in rural areas is increasing,and the pressure on rural pensions is growing.The most important thing to establish a multi-level rural pension security system is to continuously implement rural pension service measures.In this context,it is an important issue how to bring the market and government forces into full play to create a scientific elderly service system,so that the elderly in rural areas can be properly solved and the society can become more stable and harmonious,so that people can have a good life.Based on relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,this paper conducts field research in Yucheng County,Shangqiu City,Henan Province through a combination of literature analysis,comparative analysis,field survey and interview method,collects relevant information and data,and investigates rural elderly groups by means of questionnaires,and finds the following problems by compiling and analyzing the data obtained from the questionnaires: First,from the perspective of policy,the home Firstly,from the perspective of policy,the regulations of elderly care need to be further improved,the single channel of financing,and the low level of social security of elderly care services in rural areas.Secondly,from the perspective of society,there is a shortage of professionals in elderly care service and the service content is not comprehensive.Third,from the perspective of village collectives,there are problems such as single infrastructure for home care services and weak integration of rural industries.Fourth,from the family perspective,the diversification of the demand for elderly services is difficult to meet,and the family elderly service is weak.This study provides an in-depth analysis of the causes leading to the above problems,so as to better solve the related problems.Based on the guidance on the management and guarantee of rural home elderly service infrastructure proposed by China in recent years,this paper makes a systematic summary based on the successful experiences of rural home elderly service at home and abroad,and puts forward the following suggestions:at the government level,the rules of elderly service should be improved,social capital should be guided to enter,and the system guarantee system of rural home elderly service should be improved;at the social level,the professional level of management personnel should be improved,and At the level of society,the professional level of management personnel should be improved and the content of senior care services should be expanded;at the level of village collectives,the construction of facilities related to rural home-based senior care services in Yucheng County should be increased and the advantages should be used to promote development;at the level of families,the form of family senior care should be innovated and the role of family-based senior care should be played.
