The civilization of modern society is reflected in the scientific and perfect social security system.A society with a sound security system is an important symbol of entering a civilized society.A strong social security is also an important guarantee for social harmony.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that China should continue to strengthen the social security system,and realize a welfare security system covering the whole society through new mechanisms and high and low lines..The urban employee pension insurance system is the core part of China’s pension system,so ensuring its long-term stable operation is an important prerequisite for improving people’s livelihood in my country,and it is also a major condition for the operation of a socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.At present,China’s population aging problem is difficult to solve and economic development is slow.In this era,the research on the reference issues of employees of small and medium-sized enterprises is conducive to protecting the people’s livelihood in China,improving the scope of employee pension insurance,and increasing the total accumulation of pension funds for the purpose of providing for the elderly.Long-term healthy development of the insurance system.Therefore,ensuring the management of endowment insurance for employees of small and medium-sized enterprises is an important symbol of my country’s entry into a civilized society,and it is also the basic work of maintaining social security interests.The maintenance of the social security system has affected the long-term stability of our society,and it is of great significance to the international people’s livelihood.This paper selects the JK Economic Development Zone as an analysis case,and takes the insurance situation of employees of small and medium-sized enterprises in this area as the analysis sample.The research process is to first introduce the research significance and background of this paper,and sort out domestic and foreign research literature;secondly,define the main concepts such as small and medium-sized enterprises,urban employees’ basic endowment insurance,and willingness to participate in insurance,sort out the theoretical results of urban enterprise employees’ insurance participation research,and raise questions for the follow-up,cause exploration and countermeasures and suggestions to lay a theoretical foundation;then the research object of this paper-the status quo of basic endowment insurance participation of small and medium-sized enterprise employees in JK Economic Development Zone is analyzed,and it is concluded that under the current system,small and medium-sized enterprise employees participate in urban basic endowment insurance participation.Then use various research theories to analyze the theory and current situation,so as to get the resolution methods and realization paths of various problems encountered in the basic endowment insurance participation process of small and medium-sized enterprise employees in JK Economic Development Zone.Through research and analysis,this paper finds that:(1)The participation rate of small and medium-sized enterprises in JK Economic Development Zone to participate in urban basic endowment insurance is low,less than 50%.(2)There are many factors that affect whether employees participate in the insurance,including: personal health,age,income,payment ratio,pension concept,working duration,payment time,family member concept,etc.(3)Whether the employees of the enterprise participate in the insurance Among the many influencing factors,the most obvious factor is employment,followed by policy issues,and then cognitive issues,family and personal views.(4)In order to increase the participation rate of the basic endowment insurance for employees of small and medium-sized enterprises,first of all,we should increase the intensity of information disclosure,strengthen the sense of corporate responsibility,and increase the supervision of enterprise payment;Underpayment,underpayment and underpayment of enterprise employee insurance premiums;finally,it is necessary to enhance the awareness of employees of small and medium-sized enterprises to take the initiative to participate in insurance,such as formulating preferential insurance participation policies,guaranteeing the payment of pension benefits,and strengthening the promotion of insurance benefits. |
