| In today’s highly competitive banking industry,in order to gain a foothold in a market with high information transparency due to product homogenization,the comprehensive ability and loyalty of employees are particularly important in the external competition of enterprises.How to tap the enthusiasm of employees,let employees wholeheartedly apply their minds to work,and how to create value for the bank is a problem that needs to be seriously considered by every manager.In particular,personal finance,as the mainstay of the banking business,undoubtedly plays a vital role in the development of personal finance business.However,as the leader of the personal gold business,the private account manager does feel full of pressure due to the large time span of customer maintenance and business development on weekdays,the inability to reflect the results in the performance table in time,and the daily chores are too busy to take care of business development.Therefore,it is particularly important to formulate fair and reasonable quantitative performance,clearly and truly reflect the amount of employee labor,so as to drive a series of positive factors.Under the above background,based on the actual situation of Bank of China Gansu Branch Qilihe Central Sub branch(Hereinafter referred to as Bank of China Qilihe Central Sub-branch),this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current performance appraisal scheme by means of interviews and questionnaires,and analyzes and studies the key points of the appraisal by using KPI key indicators in terms of optimizing and improving the problems existing in the current appraisal scheme for private customer managers,And through the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the corresponding assessment indicators,so as to improve the enthusiasm of private customer managers,create a unique competitive advantage through comprehensive strength,so that the sub branch can effectively improve its market share in Qilihe District.At the same time,propose improvement methods for the existing problems in the performance appraisal implementation,and provide strong support for the implementation of the optimized performance plan through the plan implementation guarantee scheme.By improving the original performance appraisal scheme,we are committed to improving the working attitude and enthusiasm of private customer managers,giving full play to the incentive role of performance appraisal,ensuring to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of personal banking business of Bank of China Qilihe Central Sub branch,and ultimately realizing the goal of maximizing the value of employees and enterprises together. |
