| After more than 30 years of development,China’s manufacturing industry has begun the transformation process from quantitative change leads to qualitative change.In the development report of made in China 2025,it is pointed out that the future outlet of the basic manufacturing industry of the national economy is intelligent manufacturing.Intelligent manufacturing and automation equipment companies have developed rapidly,but the scale of the company is generally small and lack of core competitiveness.Since the pandemic of COVID-19 in March 2020,manufacturing enterprises have seriously reduced the investment plan of fixed assets,and intelligent equipment manufacturing enterprises need to continuously optimize and improve to tide over the difficulties when the market demand is low.Based on the project management process of voice coil motor(VCM)automatic function test equipment of D company,this thesis analyzes the project management and technical problems it faces,so as to explore the problems and effective improvement measures in the project management of intelligent equipment manufacturing in 3C industry.Firstly,it expounds the theory of intelligent manufacturing and automatic equipment.Secondly,it takes the management of voice coil motor function test project of D company as an example.By introducing the characteristics of 3C industry,the fast pace and short time compression of intelligent equipment manufacturing project,it is explained in detail from five processes and six dimensions to explain that the progress tracking communication is not in place and the cost analysis information is asymmetric,If the feedback of quality control is not timely,analyze and put forward the solution of voice coil motor function test project,standardize the design process in the start-up of intelligent manufacturing equipment,standardize the implementation time of each stage in the project process,and optimize the communication and handover evaluation form with customers in the closing process.Finally,summarize and optimize the project process in the life cycle,use scientific data analysis methods to track key indicators such as CPK and MTBF,and use project management software such as eteams to track event management tasks,so as to help enterprises reasonably allocate and make full use of limited resources and effectively control the life cycle process of intelligent equipment manufacturing projects.Make the company’s products competitive and help the enterprise develop and grow continuously. |
