The Application Of Project Management Theory In The Intelligent System Engineering Construction Of Qingdao Stadium

With the advent of the knowledge-based economy and the rapid development of high-tech industries, project management has been gradually used in all walks of life, and its advantage has been fully reflected, which improves the efficiency of project management fundamentally. However, not all projects are completed on schedule and on time with high quality. Through the analysis of the past projects found that because of the overall management of the projects is not rigorous or scientific and other factors, it often caused the completion time of the projects lag. Taking the case of the intelligent system engineering construction of Qingdao Stadium, this paper applied modern project management theory to guide the whole management process of this project, which brought the whole project to be completed on schedule and on time with high-quality.Intelligent system is involved in complicated technology which is changing with each passing day, and the coordination and cooperation relations of intelligent engineering are complex, so any of the parties involved in the engineering construction is unable to fully grasp it. Therefore, the lack of a practical engineering management model seems to have beeen the crux of the problem. Ministry of Construction has issued the design standards and acceptance norms in succession, and the specific design standards of stadiums intelligent system have been completed. Since 2002 Ministry of Construction has started to rectify the construction market on a large-scale, and strict management has been carried out in qualifications of construction enterprises. The market has begun to embark on the track of healthy and orderly.This paper started with the characteristics of building intelligent system engineering project, applied the typical method of life cycle in the project management theory to each implementation phase of the project such as guidance, analysis, management and control, fundamentally achieved the purpose of theory directing practice. On the premise of overall co-ordination of the intelligent system engineering construction of Qingdao Stadium, learning existing research results, there was a comprehensive analysis of various factors affecting the overall management of the project. It showed that the model of"total contracting of the intelligent system engineering"adopted in the engineering project construction of intelligent system of Qingdao stadium was an effective management model more suitable for intelligent system engineering project management of large stadiums.
