Under the Industry 4.0 and a new round of scientific and technological revolution,world economic development has returned to the real economy,developed countries have pursued development strategies based on advanced industrial re-industrialization.Compared with the development level of developed countries’ manufacturing industries,China ’s long-term development law and trajectory have caused problems such as lack of core competitiveness,low-end industries,insufficient independent innovation capabilities,and continuous rising production costs.The transformation towards intelligent manufacturing is an inevitable choice for China’s manufacturing industry under the current competitive landscape.Equipment manufacturing,as the core of manufacturing,is an important component of national economy.Therefore,this article takes equipment manufacturing enterprises as the as research objects to explore the influencing factors of enterprise intelligent manufacturing transformation.First,based on the existing literature,this paper sorts out the existing research results of intelligent manufacturing at home and abroad,summarizes the relevant theories of enterprise transformation,defines the concepts of intelligent manufacturing and enterprise transformation.Secondly,using grounded theory and Nvivo11.0 to determine the influencing factors,mainly including: government policy orientation,economic environment,technological environment,existing foundations and conditions of enterprises,enterprise intelligent manufacturing transformation capabilities,management Learners recognize six influencing factors.Based on the existing research results of intelligent manufacturing development evaluation and the research objectives of this paper,the three dimensions of resource utilization ability,technological innovation ability and information fusion ability are used to evaluate the transformation of intelligent manufacturing.The six factors are further divided into three aspects: the external environment,corporate capabilities,and managerial cognition.Construct the SEM theoretical model and propose three main hypotheses.Seven sub-hypotheses are proposed based on the measurement dimensions of each variable,ten hypotheses in total.Finally,through the questionnaire survey,SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used for data analysis,including descriptive statistical analysis,correlation test,regression analysis,etc.This article aims to grasp the influencing factors in the process of enterprise intelligent manufacturing transformation,improve the quality and effect of transformation,and provide reference for the development of subsequent research on factors affecting intelligent manufacturing. |
