Research On The Evaluation Of Rural Living Infrastructure Construction Level Under The Background Of Rural Construction

Rural living infrastructure is the general name of the physical infrastructure to meet the basic daily life needs of farmers,provide living convenience and improve living standards.Improving the supply level of rural living infrastructure is the premise of building an ecologically livable and beautiful countryside,is the guarantee to improve the quality of life of farmers,and is the basic need to achieve a better life for farmers in the new era.With the steady progress of the rural revitalization strategy and the "rural construction action",all sectors of society pay more attention to rural living infrastructure,and have achieved certain results.However,there are still some weaknesses in the supply of rural living infrastructure in China,such as insufficient total supply,structural imbalance of supply,coexistence of excess supply and insufficient supply,which seriously restrict the development of rural society.How to make up for the shortcomings in the current supply and lay a solid foundation for the realization of beautiful countryside and rural revitalization is worth our thinking and research.This paper takes the supply level of rural living infrastructure in Manas County as the research object.First of all,through reading the relevant literature on the evaluation of rural infrastructure supply,summarize the current research results and theories on rural living infrastructure supply.Secondly,the current situation of rural living infrastructure supply in Manas County is investigated and analyzed.Thirdly,on the basis of consulting relevant policy documents and previous studies,combined with the regional characteristics of Manas County,the evaluation index system of the supply level of rural living infrastructure was constructed.The AHP analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the index weights of each criterion layer and indicator layer,and the scoring standards and evaluation grades of the supply level of rural living infrastructure in Manas County were obtained,Based on the analysis of the evaluation results of the supply level of rural living infrastructure in Manas County,according to the evaluation results and the survey status,it is concluded that the current supply of rural living infrastructure in Manas County is:(1)the overall supply of rural living infrastructure is insufficient;(2)The supply of rural living infrastructure is uneven;(3)Rural living infrastructure planning lags behind;(4)The decision-making mechanism of rural living infrastructure supply is unreasonable;(5)The supply and management of rural public infrastructure is insufficient.Finally,according to the analysis and evaluation results and the actual situation of the study area,it is proposed that:(1)increase the investment and broaden the diversified supply channels;(2)Implement policies accurately according to local conditions and improve the level of supply balance;(3)Improve the overall planning level to achieve sustainable development;(4)Build a democratic decision-making mechanism and open up information communication channels;(5)Clarify the main body of management and maintenance,and improve the management and maintenance system.
