Research On Farmers' Income And Living Conditions During The Process Of New Rural Construction In Panyu District, Guangzhou

In the process of new construction in rural areas, the chief problems which matter the china's reform, opening up and modernization are agriculture, rural area and farmers. To solve these problems, the pivotal point is to improve the farmer's incomes and living conditions. The economic development, social progress, Country prosperous, people's happiness are inseparable from the social stability. Most people are living in the rural areas, so the stability of the whole nation is based on these areas. Only by continually increasing farmers' income and improving farmers' life conditions, we can ensure the rural stability. Thus, to discuss and do research on the farmers' incomes and living conditions have a very important realistic meaning and theoretical value.Based on the investigation of part of the town and following rural areas in Panyu District, Guangzhou, the paper uses investigation, statistics and comparison analysis to analyze these problems' overall situation, the basic characteristics and influencing factors in Panyu District, and put forward the countermeasure and advice to solve it. There are four parts: The first is introduction which mainly tells the background, situation, meaning, purpose, ways of the research. The second is the research and analysis on the income level in the Panyu District. Then followed by the survey on their living conditions, While the last part is the ways of solving these problems.
