Urban infrastructure is the material base of urban development,which have important influence to build a well-off society in an all-round way.In the slow growth or even stagnation,increasing the investment in urban infrastructure to some extent can promote the development of economy.With the rapid development of society,the existing lagged behind the development of urbanization can’t satisfy people’s growing material and cultural needs,which bring the influence of a series of production and life.Therefore,we need to evaluate the infrastructure construction level in hebei province and put forward measures and Suggestions to improve the infrastructure construction in hebei province.Based on urban infrastructure construction in hebei province as the research object,starting from the related concepts and theoretical basis of infrastructure,fully promote the successful experience of the construction of infrastructure at home and abroad for reference,to analyze the present situation of the urban infrastructure,according to the goals and principles of comprehensive evaluation of selecting evaluation index,according to the construction of urban infrastructure of post and telecommunication facilities,water supply and drainage,gas supply,heating,power supply facilities,road traffic facilities and ecological environment protection facilities in seven aspects as the research basis,constructing evaluation index system of urban infrastructure construction in hebei province level.Using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine index weight,using the linear ratio method to dimensionless processing of each index,and then using the linear weighted sum model to evaluate the urban infrastructure level in hebei province,it is concluded that the problems existing in the infrastructure construction in hebei province,problems and put forward measures and suggestions to improve the infrastructure construction in hebei province.According to the results of comprehensive evaluation In hebei province,points out that the construction of infrastructure and old water pipe network,urban traffic congestion problems,low development level,low level of planning and investment insufficiency,the urban infrastructure and lagging behind the scattered regional economic development,urban construction and infrastructure construction cannot obey the market mechanism and a series of problems,put forward to solve the problems that exists in speed up publictransport infrastructure construction,strengthen the construction of environmental protection and education,strengthening the construction of marketization of investment and financing system reform,strengthen,improve the water supply and drainage construction of infrastructure and improve the infrastructure construction such as high-speed information network to promote the informationization level of measures and Suggestions.
