Rural water infrastructure for rural economic development, the basic facilities of rural ecological environment, is a solid material base of agricultural production. Effective supply of rural water infrastructure to meet the needs of rural farmland irrigation, can make crops' income, increase farmers' income and living standard, so as to promote the development of rural economy, to build a new socialist countryside provide a good guarantee. But in recent years, China's frequent drought, highlight the problem of rural water infrastructure is very weak, seriously hindered the construction and development of China's economic and social.Daxin county is located in the southwest of Guangxi, agriculture is the economic foundation of Daxin county, mainly grain, forestry, animal husbandry, vice, fishery average as the main body. Daxin county is rich in water resources, but can be effective utilization of water resources is quite lacking. At present, Daxin county insufficient supply of rural water infrastructure, supply level is low, serious restrict the development of Daxin county agriculture.
