| With the development of China’s market economy and the continuous improvement of modern technology,the financial market has also entered a more mature stage.According to relevant data,local banks have sprung up in recent years,wanting to quickly seize the relevant market through their own characteristics.The banking industry competition has reached a fever pitch,small and medium-sized banks rose rapidly,local commercial banks become bigger and stronger,and the banks are eyeing up.It is necessary for HB Bank XG branch to attach importance to the structure and form of the market,find a breakthrough point in human resources,reform and formulate the performance appraisal system,and improve the core competitiveness.Therefore,it is very important to establish a scientific and effective performance appraisal system.Taking the behavior of HB bank XG branch as the research object,this paper explores the performance appraisal methods of HB bank XG branch through multiple dimensions,and conducts research from different angles based on interviews and questionnaires.Firstly,by expounding the current situation of performance appraisal of XG branch of HB bank,through analysis,it can be seen that its existing performance appraisal system has many shortcomings.The main problem is the lack of correlation between performance appraisal and strategic goals,poor objective authenticity of performance appraisal results neglect of internal management indicators and inadequate application of customer feedback and performance feedback results.In view of the problems found,the paper puts forward proposes the comprehensive use of KPI and BCS theory to optimize the assessment indicators and the application of results from four aspects,such as financial,customers,internal operation,learning and growth.The implementation of safeguard measures is mainly carried out from four aspects,including improving the management’s attention to performance appraisal,strengthening the mobilization and publicity of employees before the implementation of the system,paying attention to the effective communication at all stages of the appraisal system and improving the feedback mechanism,which has fundamentally laid the foundation for the smooth implementation of the optimized system.The research results of this article can further enrich the performance appraisal system of commercial banks,can play a reference role in optimizing and improving the performance evaluation system of HB Bank XG Branch and other similar banks. |
