The era of knowledge economy has not only promoted the development of the world,but also brought challenges to enterprises.The competition among enterprises has gradually converted to the competition for talents.As a core part of business operations,the importance of sales is obvious.The focus of this dissertation is how to recruit more suitable salesperson for the company.Salesperson is an important way to transform products and services into revenue and profits,and an important source of enterprise competitiveness.However,salesperson is characterized by high pressure,overtime work,low threshold and low social recognition.As the post-95 generation young people who believe that happiness is more important than earning money gradually enter the workplace and become the main group of society,traditional companies are facing the recruitment dilemma of "it is difficult to recruit people,and it is even more difficult to recruit sales." This dissertation takes the recruitment of salesperson of XC Group as a case,analyzes the current situation of salesperson recruitment,summarizes the problems and causes,and proposes effective solutions.First,this dissertation examines the company’s internal and external profiles in detail,and comprehensively analyzes the completion rate of the recruitment plan,recruitment channels,recruitment process,and recruitment effect.Secondly,with the help of survey methods such as questionnaires and interviews,this dissertation summarizes and analyzes the core problems in the recruitment in terms of society,company,and department,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems.Finally,the article will solve the problems in recruitment in a targeted manner through enriching channels,improving the professional quality of recruiters,and paying attention to the retention of recruitment,including increasing campus recruitment,improving the internal promotion system,and comprehensively adopting a variety of recruitment methods,strengthening the training of interviewers and introducing a data-based recruitment management system,further increasing the salary of salesperson,increasing cultural activities,and improving the training and promotion system so as to build a solid talent team for the company and help companies develop better.By analyzing the problems of the existing recruitment model,this dissertation hopes to propose targeted improvement strategies.At the same time,the dissertation can also provide richer theoretical support and solutions for e-commerce training companies like XC Group in the recruitment of salesperson.
