Rural Tourism In Xiaochang County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Sustainable Development Research

In recent years,due to the dual role of foreign rural leisure tourism concepts and domestic and international market supply and demand,China’s rural tourism industry has been supported by governments at all levels,and the construction of rural tourism is flourishing.It has effectively contributed to the comprehensive improvement of all areas in China and has become an important way to solve the "three rural issues" and achieve rural revitalisation.In recent years,the State Council has issued several policy measures on the development of rural tourism.In 2017,the report of the 19 th Party Congress first proposed the strategy of rural revitalization,and the No.1 document of the Central Government in 2018 pointed out the importance of tourism to rural revitalization.In the context of the country’s vigorous implementation of rural revitalization,the development of rural tourism,and the focus on creating "six zones" and 10high-quality routes for rural tourism in Hubei Province,Hubei Province attaches great importance to the important role of rural tourism in promoting the development of the rural economy and the revitalization of the countryside.However,the development of rural tourism can inevitably reveal a variety of problems that will essentially limit its sustainable development.Xiaochang County in Hubei Province has relatively poor industrial and agricultural resources and slow economic growth.However,with its rich ecological tourism resources,,and natural and humanistic resources,Xiaochang County’s rural tourism has become a local pillar industry.Therefore,Xiaochang County was chosen for the study.Under the background of rural revitalization,the sustainable development of rural tourism in Xiaochang County is studied.The literature in related fields is analyzed,and through field research method and empirical analysis method,the current situation of rural tourism resources and development in Xiaochang County is studied in depth,and the shortcomings in the sustainable development of rural tourism in Xiaochang County are explored.By constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system,the expert survey method and AHP method are combined and applied to obtain the weights of each specific index.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the multiple objective linear weighting method are also used to derive a comprehensive score,to obtain the conclusion that rural tourism in Xiaochang County is currently in a preliminary sustainable situation,and thus analyze the difficulties in the sustainable development of rural tourism in Xiaochang County at present.Therefore,from the perspective of sustainable development,the thesis proposes corresponding strategies for the difficulties in the sustainable development of rural tourism in Xiaochang County,mainly: firstly,to create the "Xiaochang" tourism characteristics and promote the prosperity of rural industry;secondly,to increase publicity efforts and create a brand of rural tourism in Xiaochang County;thirdly,to improve the supporting facilities of the rural tourism industry and promote Fourth,strengthen the construction of professional talents to improve the quality of rural tourism practitioners;Fifth,implement the main responsibility to enhance the management and planning level of rural tourism in Xiaochang County,and other perspectives to provide reference and reference for the sustainable development of rural tourism in Xiaochang County and other regions in China.
